ACID SCARLET MOO

Scarlet MOO is an acid dye, also known as Acid Red 73, that produces a bright scarlet red color and is used for dyeing wool, silk, nylon, and leather. It is a water-soluble, anionic powder with a high purity and good fastness properties.

Applications

  Textiles: Used for wool, silk, and nylon, it creates bright, consistent          color with good fastness properties.

  Leather: Provides excellent color to leather products.

  Paper: Can be used to dye paper, often in a fine powder form for          uniform color.

  Kum Kum: Also used in the production of kumkum.

Storage

o  Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

o  Keep the dye in its original, tightly sealed containers (typically HDPE      bags or drums with inner liners) to prevent moisture ingress and            contamination.

o   Store away from direct sunlight and strong oxidizing agents.

o   When stored correctly, the dye has a shelf life of up to 2-3 years.
