Direct Orange 39

Direct Orange TGLL is a synthetic, direct dye known as Direct Orange 39, used in the textile, paper, and leather industries to produce a vibrant orange shade. Its basic details include good water solubility, high light and wash fastness, and a non-toxic, odorless powder form. The dye is stable, safe for industrial use, and packaged in 25 Kg HDPE bags, with a shelf life of up to two years if stored correctly.

Applications

  Textiles: Used for dyeing and printing cotton, wool, silk, and blended     fabrics. It is particularly noted for its use with viscose fabrics.

  Paper: Used to color paper products.

  Leather: Applied for coloring and finishing leather goods.

   Lightfastness: 6-7

   Washing fastness: 3-4

    Rubbing fastness: 4-3

    Prespairation Fastness: 1-2 

Handling and storage

  Handling: Handle the product carefully to avoid damaging the              packaging. When moving large pallets, ensure that fork-lift                      operators are properly trained to prevent damage to the bags. 

  Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from        direct sunlight, heat sources, sparks, and open flames.

  Containers: Keep containers tightly closed when not in use to                 prevent moisture from getting in.
